Last night has been a peaceful night hai.

I figure the best way to annoy you readers, is to blog bout what I did this one whole day. In detailed. Hah!

06:00 - Was the first person to wake up in the house, beating my sister that had to go to work at 8 o'clock in the morning.
08:00 - Fell back to bed for a quick nap before getting up for real.
10:30 - Got up for real. Prepared to go out.
12:15 - Head to Little India by train and met up with brother-in-law for lunch.
14:00 - Explored Little India, looking for a threading parlour.
14:20 - Finally found it. Threading took me less than 3 minutes. Amazed by the speed and quality work done by Rupini's.
15:00 - Got to Dhoby Ghaut. Located The Cathay, purchased tickets for Law Abiding Citizen.
15:30 - Had double scope ice-cream at Ben & Jerry's. Figured it was pretty good ice-cream that came with a hefty price tag.
15:45 - Sat there for hours reading Waverly's Place.
17:00 - Rashid said he was on the way. Walked back to Plaza Sing to meet up. For the first time. Not nervous at all. Feeling really sleepy at the same time.
17:15 - After a couple of calls, identified a fella wearing The Ant tee shirt. Thought he looked taller in pictures.
17:30 - Rashid brought me exploring the town on foot. Went to Ford Canning Park. Learnt that keramat actually means tomb in English.
19:20 - Watched movie in Cathay Cineplex. The one we have in eCurve is way better.
21:30 - Rashid brought me back to Little India for food. Little India is super packed at night. Had cheese naan. Made me miss Devi's Corner cos the naan here is small and shitty.
23:00 - Walked to Lasalle College of the Arts. Rashid's college. There's a cafe called 15 minutes which I think is pretty awesome cos they allow raw bands to perform for 15 mins of fame. I think I'd like to open a cafe with live bands in the future.
23:30 - Decided to head to East Coast Park. Finally! Found a spontaneous Singaporean. Rare find!
12:30 - Bought beers for myself and vodkas for Rashid. Beach chilling session!
01:30 - Laid flat on my back. Counted stars. Made a call to Gaik Ying. Talk nonsense for a while. Played 'tell me something random' with Rashid. He confessed he thought I looked fatter in pictures. He was not kidding hai. fml hai.
02:30 - Listened to the waves. New-found bliss.
05:00 - I think I dozed off for a while. Pestered Rashid to go home cos I was tired. Found out that he is more of a procrastinator than I am. haha! He's like a snooze button hai.
06:00 - Shared a cab home. Cab fare was SGD 27. Ouch in the pocket, but I had fun with my kawan baru hai. Next beach destination, Pasir Ris or Siloso hai? :)
